Want to help your community?

Have you been thinking about ways that you can help your community?  Are you stuck, and left with no more ideas?  How about holding a fundraiser at local shops such as: ice cream parlors, fast food, boutiques, and other franchises!  You can take to the store owner about asking to donate a certain percentage per purchase during a chosen day.  It's really easy!  You just have to create a flyer encouraging your community to bring their funds to your selected business and you make money for your cause every time they make a purchase! It is a quick easy way to make money for a cause you care about!

Let us know how this works out for you.  We would love to hear about your success!

Spotlight: Madison at the Boys and Girls Club

Recently Madison joined a club on campus called Xchange.  This club divides into groups and goes out once a week to do service within the Greater Cincinnati Area.  Madison has been assigned to The Boys and Girls Club, and goes every Tuesday to tutor 5th and 6th grades for and hour and Kindergarten and 1st graders for the next hour.  Madison really enjoys helping these kids with their homework, and it is clear that the kids also appreciate her help.  Every Tuesday when she walks in the door the kids yell her name and ask for her help.  She finds the work extremely satisfying and loves seeing the instant gratification on the kids faces.

Here at Benevolenza, we love to see people going out to do good things.  We support Madison is her works towards a better world and we would love to hear what you all have been up to!

Long Time No Talk To!

Hello everyone!

Wow it has been a long time since we've posted!  We are so sorry about that.  Madison and Kennedy have been so busy with school and The Rainbow Run they have barely had anytime to breathe!

So here is a quick update!

We are 4 months away from The Rainbow Run, which means it is almost crunch time!  The team has been working hard with long hours on this run, to benefit both the runners, and of course UH Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital!   We are always open to new ideas too, so please let us know if you have any suggestions!
Registration will be opening shortly, so please check out The Rainbow Run's website for more details and other updates!  Kennedy did a phenomenal job designing and organizing the website, it is definitely worth your time to check it out!

More than anything, here and Benevolenza we hope we inspire you to go out and do good works.  We need everyone to work together to create a change in this world, both locally and globally.  SO! Today, go out and make a difference in someones life, big or small! Your act towards change could make the biggest difference in someones life.
